       ---SHIPPING---

      Domestic Shipping Policies:
      All domestic packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail unless they weigh over a pound then they will be shipped Priority. Priority Mail remains an option for orders under a pound. All packages come with a tracking number. 

      Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from the time they are placed. 

      Please note: Placing an order with Priority means that USPS will deliver your package within 1-2 days or sooner, it doesn't guarantee that we will process your package faster than other orders. It will still take 1-7 business days for your order to be processed on our end. If you need your order to arrive at a specific time please contact us at hello@natalikoromoto.dog to see what we can do.

       

      International Shipping Policies: 
      International orders are shipped via USPS. Once an international order has left the U.S, the parcel is turned over to the local postal service for your country. For questions regarding the tracking and status of your order, once it has left the United States, please direct your inquiries to your local postal service. You may use your USPS International Tracking number as a reference.

      Please note that Non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees that may be collected upon the delivery of your package. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees. Failure to pay customs fees may result in your item being rejected entry and being returned back to our studio.

      When will USPS deliver my order?
      The time of arrival depends on location and shipping method:

      Domestic:
      USPS First Class (1-3 Business days)

      USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Days) Includes Insurance*

      International:
      USPS First Class (3-10 business Weeks)
      USPS Priority Mail (6-10 Days) Includes Insurance*

        

       

      ---RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES (HOLIDAYS UPDATE)---

      All homeware items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

      Updated domestic return & exchange policies during the holiday season(apparel only)

      Orders placed for clothing items November 20, 2022, until December 20, 2022, are eligible for returns and exchanges until January 7, 2023, 12:00 pm EST.

      Please email us by January 7, 2023, to be eligible. After January 7, 2023, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges on holiday season apparel orders placed in the time window stated above, and orders will be final. Please note this holiday policy applies to USA orders only, and all other returns and exchange policies below still apply.

       

      Happy to accept apparel returns or exchanges. For apparel to be eligible, your item must be unworn/like new. Please email at hello@natalikoromoto.dog within 15 days of delivery to start a return or exchange. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges

      The cost of returning the goods to us is the customer's responsibility. 

      Returns must be dropped off at the shipping facility within 5 days from when the return postage label is emailed to the customer. Items with original tags and packaging in unworn condition that have not been washed or altered are eligible for exchange or returns.

      You must contact us before shipping your order back; please include the order number & a description of the problem.

      Refunds are not issued for orders that could not be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. You will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your item shipped again if an order is returned to our studio due to the following reasons:

      • Failure to pay customs fees
      • Insufficient address provided under your original order
      • Was refused by the sender
      • Sent to an address that is no longer valid

      *IF YOUR ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A REPLACEMENT*

      ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

       

       

      ---WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?---

      My Package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it.
      If your package is marked as delivered unfortunately there's nothing we can do.
      We recommend asking your neighbors, roommates/family, or your building's doorkeeper just in case they're holding the package for you. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by your postal carrier but they ultimately are not able to deliver them that day. In this case, the package is usually delivered within the next business day or so. 
       
      My package is lost.
      Please email us at hello@natalikoromoto.dog to see if we can help.
      We highly recommend that you choose Priority Mail when checking out to be sure that you have insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package.

      I can't find a product in your store anymore.
      If an item disappears from the website, it means it has sold out and chances are that it's not coming back.
       
      Is the "Machete" Keychain safe for School or Airport?
      The keychain is NOT a real weapon, the "blade" is about 2" long, made of thick metal, and is not sharp at all. I can't assure you won't be stopped for inspection but it is 100% not a knife. Buy at your own risk :o)
       
      Is "Hat on Hat" coming back?
