What shipping service do you use?
All domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking number.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! I ship internationally.
Please note that Non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package. This is out of my hands.
How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered?Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the time they are placed.
I selected "Priority Mail" and my order didn't arrive within 1-3 days.
Placing an order with Priority Mail only means USPS will deliver your package within 1-3 days, it doesn't necessarily mean that I will prepare your package faster than other orders. It will still take 1-5 business for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need your order to arrive in a specific time please contact me email@example.com to see what I can do.
The time of arrival depends on location and shipping method:
First Class (1-3 Business days)
Priority Mail (1-2 Days) Includes Insurance*
Priority Mail Express (1 Day) Includes Insurance*
First Class (7-21 Days)
Priority Mail (6-10 Days) Includes Insurance*
Priority Mail Express (3-5 Days) Includes Insurance*
My Package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it.
If your package is marked as delivered unfortunately there's nothing I can do.
I always recommend asking your neighbors, roommates/family or doorman just in case they're holding the package for you. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by your postal carrier but they ultimately are not able to deliver it that day. In this case, the package is usually delivered within the next day or so.

I highly recommend that you choose Priority Mail when checking out to be sure that you have insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package.
