      ---COVID-19 UPDATE---

      All of the orders will be processed each week and shipped out once at the beginning of every week in order to keep Post Office visits to a minimum.

      International orders are being processed and shipped as well but PLEASE note that we are seeing a substantial backup in international postal deliveries because of slowdowns and some closed borders. You can first check with your country’s Postal Service beforehand if you’re concerned about delivery scheduling as many systems are experiencing delays. Please understand that we won't be filing claims for undelivered packages for a minimum of 2 months after the expected delivery time in order to accommodate this current global delivery system backup. As such, we cannot guarantee any shipping times or delivery due to these current conditions. Your package should get there fine but it probably will take much longer than usual.       What shipping service do you use?
      All domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking number. 

      Do you ship to my country?
      Yes! I ship internationally.

      Please note that Non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package. 

      How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered? 
      Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the time they are placed. 

       

      I selected "Priority Mail" and my order didn't arrive within 1-2 days.
      Placing an order with Priority Mail  means that USPS will deliver your package within 1-2 days, it doesn't guarantee that I will prepare your package faster than other orders. It will still take 1-5 business for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need your order to arrive in a specific time please contact me natalikoromoto@gmail.com to see what I can do.

      When will I receive my order?
      The time of arrival depends on location and shipping method:

       
      Domestic:
      First Class (1-3 Business days)
      Priority Mail (1-2 Days) Includes Insurance*
      Priority Mail Express (1 Day) Includes Insurance*

      International:
      First Class (7-21 Days)
      Priority Mail (6-10 Days) Includes Insurance*
      Priority Mail Express (3-5 Days) Includes Insurance*

       
       My Package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it.
      If your package is marked as delivered unfortunately there's nothing I can do.
      I always recommend asking your neighbors, roommates/family or doorman just in case they're holding the package for you. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by your postal carrier but they ultimately are not able to deliver it that day. In this case, the package is usually delivered within the next day or so.

      I highly recommend that you choose Priority Mail when checking out to be sure that you have insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package.

      I can't find a product in your store anymore.
      If an item disappears from the store, it means it has sold out and chances are that it's not coming back.
       
      Is the "Machete" Keychain safe for School or Airport?
      The keychain is NOT a real weapon, the "blade" is about 2" long, made of thick metal and is not sharp at all, it's basically another key. I can't assure you won't be stopped for inspection but it is 100% not a knife. Buy at your own risk :o)
       
      Is "Hat on Hat" coming back?
      Yes! Stay tuned for new batches.
       

      ---RETURNS---

      I ordered the wrong item or the wrong size.
      Please read measurements and descriptions before purchasing.
      However, if the fit is not perfect email me 
      at natalikoromoto@gmail.com within 15 Days from receiving your item to start an exchange or return.
      The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. I highly recommend getting tracking on your return! I can only guarantee refunds or exchanges on packages that have tracking information and are marked as delivered. 
      Before you return your item please make sure they are unused.
