SHIPPING 
What shipping service do you use?
All domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking number. 
You can pick shipping method during checkout.

How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered? 
Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the time they are placed. 

When will I receive my order?
The time of arrival depends on location and shipping method...
 
Domestic:
First Class (1-3 Business days)
Priority Mail (1-2 Days) Includes Insurance*
Priority Mail Express (1 Day) Includes Insurance*
 
International:
First Class (7-21 Days)
Priority Mail (6-10 Days) Includes Insurance*
Priority Mail Express (3-5 Days) Includes Insurance*
 
 ✧My Package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it.
If your package is marked as delivered unfortunately there's nothing I can do.
I always recommend asking your neighbors, roommates/family or doorman just in case they're holding the package for you. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by your postal carrier but they ultimately are not able to deliver it that day. In this case, the package is usually delivered within the next day or so. 
 
 My package is lost.

I highly recommend that you choose Priority Mail when checking out to be sure that you have insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package.

✧Is "Hat on Hat" coming back?
The short answer is yes!
The manufacturer responsible for handcrafting the mini hats recently retired. I'm currently trying to find a new one that can provide the same quality of craftsmanship. (Keep an eye on my instagram for any updates).
 
I can't find a product in your store anymore.
If an item disappears from the store, it means it has sold out and it's not coming back.
 
RETURNS
I ordered the wrong item, or the wrong size.
All orders are final, so please read measurements and descriptions before purchasing.

In the case of an exchange, you're responsible for extra shipping fees.
