This is a great pillow. It's firm enough to offer support under your arm, or use as a massage baton beating your sore back, but soft enough you won't get hurt. The pillow is flexible at the handle/blade section so it bends at that part, and is also great for smacking people you like, as it's flexible but firm enough to get their attention without hurting them, but not so soft they don't take your smack seriously. My goose plush loves it too.
